The Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy services to patients in their homes to restore their physical abilities. They perform duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and the patient's plan of care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a valid OTA license. A current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle are also required.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant in Home Health is responsible for providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability. The Occupational Therapy Assistant performs his/her duties in accordance with policies and procedures and the established plan of care.
Education Graduate of an accredited OTA program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). Required Work Experience No experience required Required Licenses and Certifications OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant Upon Hire Required (Must be certified and in good standing with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Upon Hire Required Business
