The Staff Counselor provides therapy and guidance to patients and their families as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program. Responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating family therapy to support patient recovery.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and appropriate state licensure in a field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology. Two years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation is preferred.

The Staff Counselor provides therapy and guidance to patients and family members as a part of total patient care. Work is full-time during the weekdays, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm with occasional weekend and/or night work. Work is primarily at the clinic with occasional work at the residential site or in the community.
