Volunteers provide companionship and support to hospice patients through bedside sitting, pet therapy, and musical performances. They also assist with bereavement support calls and provide relief for primary caregivers in private residences.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to undergo TB testing, drug screening, and fingerprinting. No prior healthcare experience is required for this volunteer position.
