The RN is responsible for administering professional nursing care, identifying patient needs, and planning care based on assessments. They must evaluate patient responses to treatment and ensure accountability for outcomes during their assigned shift.
Candidates must be a graduate of a state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure. BLS certification is required during orientation, and ACLS must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
Education: Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure License, Certification and/or Registration: BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period. ACLS must be obtained within the first six months of employment and maintained current.
