The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide longitudinal care for patients at high risk for breast cancer, including risk evaluation and screening management. Responsibilities also include patient education on risk reduction and active participation in the high-risk breast health clinic.
Candidates must hold a current California State NP or PA license and active DEA registration. Experience in running a high-risk breast clinic and managing in-basket coverage is preferred.

Full-time position providing care for patients at High Risk for Breast Cancer. The APC will be seeing a mix of follow-up and new patients and caring for patients who are in our high risk screening program or have a history of breast cancer. This new position is to grow the high-risk breast health clinic.
include evaluating new patients risk of breast cancer, prescribing best practices for breast cancer screening of the high risk population, patient education on cancer risk reduction, results follow-up, in-basket management, and longitudinal clinical follow up care for high-risk for breast cancer patients
Eligible to become a shareholder of the Med Group
Requirements: Experience in running High Risk Breast Clinic, preferred, not required
Experience in in-basket coverage preferred, but not required
Current California State NP or PA License: Active DEA registration
