The Medication Aide is responsible for supervising the self-administration of medication for assisted living residents in compliance with regulations. They must also monitor resident health, document changes, and respond promptly to emergencies.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid CNA, Home Health Aid, or Personal Care Aid certification. Additionally, successful completion of a state-approved medication administration training course is required.
The Medication Aide is responsible for supervision of self-administered medication to Assisted Living residents, following the guidelines provided by Senior Solutions Management Group. This position reports to the Wellness Director.
