The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for testing, evaluating, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing impairments. They must maintain concise documentation, collaborate with the patient care team, and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program. Certification by the American Speech Language Hearing Association is required.
