The Resident Care Manager ensures new residents assimilate properly into the facility. They also provide direct nursing care and maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited RN program and hold a current Mississippi RN license or compact license. At least one year of clinical nursing experience is required.
The Resident Care Manager (RCM) is responsible for ensuring new residents achieve the proper level of assimilation. The RCM is also responsible for providing nursing care to the residents by ensuring all Electronic Health Records (EHR) are up-to-date, complete and accurate.
