The Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based telehealth behavioral health care, including clinical assessments, differential diagnosis, and medication management. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans and conduct ongoing risk assessments for patients.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice, and an active license to practice in New York. At least 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric medication management and board certification are required.

Willow Health offers patients immediate access to evidence-based virtual crisis psychotherapy, medication management, certified peer coaching, care management, groups, and around-the-clock crisis coverage, while working to connect patients to the most appropriate next level of care.

The listed salary range for this role reflects a range of potential seniority levels, experience, and clinical scope. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, years of clinical experience, licensure, relevant specialty expertise, and role level. \n
