The Registered Nurse will provide medical services as part of a mobile, multi-disciplinary team for young adults with severe persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include the management and administration of medications in collaboration with a psychiatrist or nurse practitioner.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed by the New York State Education Department with at least one year of experience in mental health. A valid and clean New York State driver's license is required, along with successful completion of fingerprinting and background checks.
RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Registered Nurses to join our Young Ault ACT Team in West Babylon, NY.
The nurse will provide medical services on a community based mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for young adults (ages 18-28) diagnosed with severe persistent mental illness. Provide management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist or NPP. Ensure medical standards as per program regulations are being provided
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Education Department. Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses. A valid and clean NY State driver license. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
