• You’ll Do: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ well-being. Help with medication reminders and personal care routines. Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus. Compassionate and patient approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently. Previous experience in assisted living or caregiving preferred but not required.
