The Physician Assistant will serve as a first assist in hand and upper extremity surgeries while managing patient care in both clinical and post-operative settings. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic evaluations, executing in-office procedures, and coordinating treatment plans with the surgical team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program and hold current NCCPA certification. Experience in orthopedic or hand surgery is strongly preferred, along with active or eligible licensure in Kentucky.
Physician Assistant – Hand Surgery (Orthopedic & Neuroscience Center)

We are seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant with a focus or strong interest in Hand Surgery to join our Orthopedic & Neuroscience team. This role works directly with a fellowship-trained hand surgeon, providing first assist in the operating room and delivering specialized care to patients with hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions.
The PA will play a critical role across the full continuum of care—from clinic evaluation and diagnosis to surgical assistance and post-operative recovery—while helping ensure excellent patient outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.
