Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including assistance with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs. Performs diagnostic testing, patient transport, and maintains accurate documentation within a patient-centered care model.
Requires a high school diploma, active CNA certification in Connecticut, and BLS/CPR certification. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in long-term care or behavioral health settings.
