The Physical Therapist will conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing facility. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families to maximize recovery and mobility.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current state licensure in Ohio. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
