PACS
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, develops individualized rehabilitation plans, and maintains accurate medical documentation. They also supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care and discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid state license. Proficiency in computer documentation systems and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment are required.
