How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct patient care that strictly adheres to established, patient-first best practices and organizational protocols. Coordinate patient services across all clinical disciplines, acting as the primary liaison to guarantee seamless and well-integrated care for optimal patient outcomes. Manage the patient's comprehensive care journey, meticulously documenting progress and communicating critical status updates to the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and safety of care. Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly to ensure the timely advancement of patient treatment plans.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
