Provide supportive case management to youth in an emergency shelter to help them achieve stability in housing, education, and health. Collaborate with individuals to set goals and develop plans for their future using a trauma-informed approach.
Requires experience working with youth and families facing trauma, mental health, or addiction issues. A bachelor's degree in a social service field or relevant lived experience is preferred.

$1,000 hiring bonus paid out in two payments of $500 each (3 months and 6 months after hire).
Safe House is a 60-day emergency shelter for up to 6 youth ages 16 to 20 which operates 24/7, 365 days a year to support youth experiencing homelessness. The house has spacious and youth-friendly common areas, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and storage areas. Safe House provides youth with a friendly, safe environment where they can begin next steps on their journey. The Case Manager at Safe House is responsible for working with youth on next steps of their journey.
Work collaboratively to provide supportive case management to youth in the Safe House emergency youth shelter.
Provide assistance and guidance to ensure individuals have the support to set goals and make achievements in attaining stable housing, education and/or training, job exploration, financial support and budgeting, independent living skills, mental and physical health wellness, and plan for their future. Respect, learn and support through a trauma informed approach each individual’s unique cultural, racial, ethnic, disability status, religious, sexual orientation and gender identity so they feel safe and supported.
Work with a caseload of 10-15 individuals or families, have regular in-person meetings and supervision, meet individual and program goals as outlined in vision or outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in social service degree or relevant study and/or lived experience preferred.
