You will provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them reach their personal goals and build independence. This includes creating a positive environment, assisting with daily life skills, and documenting progress.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old. You must also be able to pass a background check and drug screen while demonstrating a compassionate and reliable work ethic.
