The Echo Technologist performs various ultrasound diagnostic tests, including 2-D, Doppler, and stress echos, as directed by physicians. They are also responsible for scheduling patients, positioning them for procedures, and maintaining ultrasound equipment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Registration through ARDMS or CCI is required, or must be secured within 18 months of hire.
