The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and performing interventions to improve functionality and safety. They also coordinate with the healthcare team, document patient progress, and instruct families on care participation.
Candidates must hold a state license and registration as an Occupational Therapist and have completed an accredited program. The role requires the ability to work with patients of all ages and a self-motivated approach to home health care.
