Coordinate and perform technical nuclear medicine procedures, including the administration of radiopharmaceuticals and the operation of imaging instrumentation. Manage patient care, maintain radioactive material records, and assist in the training of students and new staff.
Requires graduation from an eligible program and BLS certification. Candidates must obtain ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification within 18 months of employment.

Graduate or completion of program that meets eligibility requirements for registry/certification or currently holds required registry or certification.
None required beyond above education/certification requirements. Level I must obtain ARRT or NMCTB certification within 18 months of employment. Level II Minimum of two years' experience as a Nuclear Medicine technologist. Level III A minimum of four years' experience within specialty modality in which they are seeking promotion.
