The caseworker assists individuals in accessing medical, social, and educational resources while providing rehabilitative training and crisis services. They are also responsible for treatment planning, care coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation of client progress.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a qualified human services field and possess a valid Texas driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field, including psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, special education, nursing or medicine. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record, as well as personal liability insurance as required by the state of Texas. Working computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the qualified human services fields noted above; two years of related work experience in a mental health setting; knowledge of psychotropic medications and DSM V; and bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
