The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides evidence-based therapy to patients in their homes to restore physical ability according to the supervising OT's plan of care. They are responsible for observing and reporting patient responses to treatment and instructing patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
Candidates must hold a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
