Provide individualized care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents while maintaining their dignity. Monitor and report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
