The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for the management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process within the surgery unit. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status to ensure comprehensive patient support.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or a compact state and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. The position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.
