• Rounds: Predictable hours that respect your time What You’ll Do Perform focused histories and physical exams tailored to weight management and wellness Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and ECGs Provide preventive counseling, nutrition guidance, and program education Prescribe medications in accordance with collaborative agreement Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans Document thoroughly in EMR according to company standards Coordinate referrals and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care Leadership & Growth Opportunities Mentor clinical staff and support quality improvement initiatives Participate in program development and pilot launches Contribute to enhancing patient experience and clinic performance Serve as a clinical liaison within the practice
