The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect care to members based on individual service plans and Medicaid standards. They respond to the physical and psychological needs of individuals experiencing mental health crises within a 24/7 stabilization unit.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. with two years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting, or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience. Knowledge of basic nursing skills and mental health conditions is required, with CNA certification accepted as documentation.

Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $21.58.
We pay differentials!! Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Riverside County Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) offers 24-hour, 7 days-per-week, community-based emergency services for adults and youth experiencing crisis related to a mental health condition. Individuals can stay in the CSU for up to 24 hours. Children and adults are treated in separate areas. Admission is voluntary or involuntary (5150).
