The patient sitter maintains constant direct observation and visualization of identified patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. They also perform other job-related duties as requested by the Nurse Manager or Department Director.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED. Prior experience as a patient sitter or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
Working under the supervision of a RN, the patient sitter maintains constant direct observation and visualization of identified patient (s). Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Department Director.
