The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation, assessment, treatment, and education to patients within an acute inpatient setting. They work collaboratively with other rehabilitation disciplines to deliver patient-centered care according to established policies and ethical standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy school and hold or be eligible for a California Occupational Therapy license. A current American Heart Association BLS certificate is required, and at least two years of acute care experience is preferred.
