Therapists provide individual and group counseling to clients, completing necessary documentation and collaborating with other staff for treatment. They also participate in treatment planning and crisis intervention as needed.
Candidates must have a Master's degree and be licensed or eligible for supervision in Oklahoma as a LPC, LADC, LMFT, or LCSW. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also required.
Therapists provides ongoing individual and group counseling to an assigned population. The Therapist completes documentation requirements reflecting clinical necessity which meets program and agency standards. Therapists interact regularly with other staff, including the Health Team, and treatment providers to assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol tobacco, and/or other drugs. Activities may include individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, psycho-social assessments, client advocacy, prevention and education.
