As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality anesthetic care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience.
Administer anesthesia to patients under the supervision of anesthesiologists Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes during procedures Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients about the anesthesia process and address any concerns Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills
Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field Valid CRNA license and certification Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting Basic knowledge of anesthesia equipment and monitoring techniques
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days
No call or weekends
Setting: Endo center
Daily Volume: 15 procedures
Will practice independently
Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits: $300k-$320k base salary + annual bonus
7 weeks of time off
