Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings. Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and the implementation of treatment plans to promote self-advocacy.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to lift at least 50lbs and a willingness to assist with personal hygiene tasks.
Bonuses are offered to all staff. Shifts worked on Saturday and Sunday will receive a $0.50/hour bonus. Full-Time Benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401K Match. Referral Bonuses and Employee of the month ($100) and House of the month ($75 /person) Hours: Flexible, between 24 and 30 hours per week.
All training and certification is provided and paid for by AID of Indiana. Training is paid.
