The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and performing interventions to improve functionality and safety. They must also coordinate care with the health care team and instruct patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities.
Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state. Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program is required, along with the ability to work with patients of all ages.
