The Habilitation Technician provides guidance, supervision, and training to consumers in residential or day treatment settings. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment and ensuring that all individual consumer needs are met.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and a valid NC Driver's License. Experience in Human Services and residential care is preferred.

The Habilitation Technician helps build a better future for consumers by providing guidance, supervision and training to consumers and staff in accordance with policy, procedure, and Habilitation Plans in the residential and/or day treatment setting. The Habilitation Technician is responsible for ensuring that the residential and/or day program environment is safe, clean, therapeutic, and that basic consumer needs are met. Full time & Part time Available $14.50/hour
