• Job Summary Live-In Caregiver We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants to provide support and companionship in clients’ homes.
• You will assist with personal care, household tasks, and social interaction, helping enhance your clients’ quality of life.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Medication Reminders and health monitoring as directed.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping/errands and light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families for better care outcomes.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure each client's specific needs are met, and report changes in health status.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus.
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor.
