The Research Associate will implement and manage technical aspects of research projects while coordinating activities and collecting relevant data. They also serve as a liaison between clinical staff and research teams to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.
Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related research experience. Proficiency in research processes, data management, and computer software is required.

GENERAL OVERVIEW: Provides research, development, and technical support to investigators, physicians and staff. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements and manages the technical aspect of research and development projects. (40%) Plans and coordinates all activities pertinent to specific research and development projects. (35%) Communicates and collects all relevant data related to R&D projects. (10%) Serves as a liaison between clinical staff and research projects. (5%) Ensures patient safety, compliance with the protocol and regulatory agencies and adherence to appropriate safety regulations and data integrity. (5%) Performs other duties which may include but not limited to mentoring new employees and participating in hospital initiatives.
