The Student Nurse Aide provides personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and assisting with ambulation and transfers. They also support nursing staff by organizing supplies, answering call lights, and monitoring resident conditions.
Candidates must have written proof of completion of a 16-hour ADL training program from an authorized instructor. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to follow safety and documentation protocols are also required.
