The Registered Dental Assistant will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists during procedures, and maintain strict infection control standards. They are also responsible for taking X-rays, updating patient charts, and providing oral hygiene education to patients.
Candidates must be registered as a Dental Assistant with the Nova Scotia Provincial regulatory body and hold NDAEB certification. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
