Candidates must hold a valid California CNA certification in good standing. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Employment Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour, DOE Primary Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide support with feeding and hydration as needed Take and document vital signs Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity at all times Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Work collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Valid California CNA certification in good standing Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, reliable, and resident‑focused attitude Why Work at Oak Glen Post‑Acute?
