The Community Participation Aide assists adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in accessing neighborhood services. They also support participants in engaging with various volunteer opportunities within the community.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience is considered helpful but is not a mandatory requirement.
The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Support Aide to work in our Community Fusion program assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Participation Aides assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.
30am to 2:30pm. No weekends or holidays.

Part-time position starting pay is $13.18 per hour.
Dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 60 hours of paid time off during the first year, and paid training.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience is helpful but not required.
