The primary goal is to prevent communicable disease in the community through vaccination education and health data analysis. The nurse will collaborate with community partners to promote health equity, social justice, and improved access to care.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and possess at least 2 years of nursing experience. A valid Registered Nursing license in Ohio, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license are required.
