The Trauma Performance Improvement Program Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and enhancing trauma care quality and outcomes. They will collaborate with clinical teams to ensure adherence to trauma standards and drive performance improvement initiatives.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant clinical experience in a trauma or acute care setting. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required to manage performance improvement programs effectively.
