The X-ray Technologist is responsible for obtaining quality diagnostic images while adhering to strict radiation safety protocols for patients and staff. They must also maintain medical equipment, manage patient records, and assist with clinical tasks in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Candidates must be registered with the ARRT and hold a valid Virginia license as a Radiologic Technologist or Limited Radiologic Technologist. A high school diploma is required, along with excellent communication skills and at least one year of clinical experience preferred.
