Salary
$16 - $18 / HOUR
Provide direct care and support to residents living with dementia in a memory care community. Assist with daily living activities, ensure resident safety, and facilitate engaging social interactions.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with three to six months of related experience in direct service with older adults. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and follow state-specific regulations for care duties.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
