Full Time, Nights (7p-7a) The Cardiovascular Unit at Baptist Health Louisville provides intermediate care to cardiac surgery patients immediately following open-heart recovery. Our RN's deliver exceptional care throughout the post-operative phase until discharge, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. We are currently seeking a Charge Nurse for the night shift, 7p - 7a. This entry-level management position is responsible for coordinating patient care during designated shifts and providing leadership to the unit’s nursing staff. The Charge Nurse plays a vital role in maintaining smooth operations, supporting clinical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
