Sterile Processing Technician – Sterling Processing

• $2,250 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• The Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for the cleaning, inspection, sterilization and distribution of sterile instrumentation and equipment.
• They will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure all supplies, instrumentation and equipment are available for procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework/Training: Sterile Processing and Distribution or, Coursework/Training: Surgical Technician. Previous experience in Sterile Processing or knowledge of surgical instrumentation. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
