The Case Manager coordinates with other departments to provide maximum levels of service. They must demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on various criteria appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably with a background in Utilization Review or Discharge Planning. A current professional Texas RN licensure is required, along with the ability to work with multidisciplinary staff.
Graduate from an accredited School of Registered Nursing.
