Provides senior administrative support to pathology faculty, including managing calendars, travel, and correspondence. Compiles and analyzes data for reports while coordinating projects and directing clerical staff.
Requires a high school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of professional secretarial or clerical experience. Prior experience in academic medicine or a pathology department is highly preferred.
High school diploma or GED, some vocational/specialized training. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements 3-5 years responsible secretarial or clerical experience in a professional environment. Prior academic medicine experience preferred. Experience in administrative roles within a pathology department is highly desirable.
