The Registered Nurse is responsible for resident assessment, care planning, and medication administration while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. They also oversee CNAs and TMAs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates should possess strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in electronic health record systems. The ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations and knowledge of non-invasive medical treatments are required.
FHS is accepting applications for the final hiring phase of our 20-bed, skilled nursing facility addition. We expect to hire for Day, Evening and Night positions at the end of April into May 2026.
Employees are eligible for benefits at 60 hr/ pay period.
