The APRN will provide comprehensive women's health services, including prenatal/postpartum care, gynecologic exams, and family planning. They will also manage acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with the provider team to ensure patient-centered care.
Candidates must have an accredited nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree, along with current Arkansas APRN and DEA licensure. Experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or reproductive health is required, as well as Basic Life Support certification.
Healthy Connections is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join the provider team in Arkadelphia with a dedicated focus on women’s health. This role is designed to expand access to OB/GYN services within the clinic, with a primary emphasis on managing women’s health needs across the lifespan. While some primary care services may be included, the core focus of this position is women’s health.
This is a high-impact provider role in a busy clinical setting with strong demand for services. The APRN will deliver comprehensive care including preventive services, gynecologic care, and prenatal/postpartum support, while working within a collaborative care model that includes access to OB/GYN support. This position follows a full-time, four-day workweek (four 10-hour days), providing a consistent three-day weekend, along with participation in a shared call rotation across the provider team.
